Kozo Sushi Hawaii - Kapahulu Ave. in Oahu

Online menu is completely Wrong according to the lady that works there.. phone ordered multiple items totalling $42 went in to pick it up order was completely wrong. Basically the same thing, ahi just different versions Of it . The lady in their argued With me that what I knew to be true about what each menu item included was not true, forced me to accept the things she decided was my order, would renake anything & yet no price adjustment.I am a basic sushi ordered, nothing fancy, no substitutions or customizing, just what's on every logo menu since o can remember... order was completely messed up, I couldn't ever eat it.. never going there again! Would give negative 5 stars if possible, wasted $42 Of my hard earned dollars, could have gotten steak dinner for 2..

Not bad, but I really wasn't impressed... Note that you can only get food to go. You can always sit in the patio outside but it will still be to go.

Very clean and very consistent. Depending on the day cashiers are usually super friendly. PEOPLE! The spam needs to be microwaved because if they grilled it, they'd have to get vents in their system. The sign explains that they take long If there's a lot of orders. I've been to moiliili, kahalla, and pearl ridge kozo sushi. This one serves the best tasting and the most consistent in terms of quality. Give this place a chance before you judge after one visit.

[Kozo Sushi Kapahulu]"Kozo Sushi", which originally started in Osaka, has several stores in Hawaii. Recommended because you can buy it easily. Price is relatively cheap, taste is OK. It was very good and the wait wasn't long and good prices. I will make it a point to go back soon.

If you post a sign in your store that says you take phone orders until 8:30...you BETTER take phone orders at 8:19pm! So many restaurants are pulling this crap these days. L&L Market City! I'm talking about you!

The guy cook there is a complete jerk. He kept slamming the refrigerator doors and cursing at customers after an order was placed. Food is decent but horrible service. Avoid at all cost.

This is the first time I've had a bad sushi experience. First of all , I saw the dragon roll I ordered premade it was pulled out of a container that had plastic wrap on it . My spam in my spam sushi was cooked in a microwave making it mushy. When I bit into my dragon roll the rice in the middle was soft asf and the tempura was hard .the spicy ahi was literal paste . Disgusting. Not to mention the cashier kind of sucked dude I asked her for a little cup so I could mix my ginger and soy sauce and she said No! Then she said we charge , I just wanted a little cup geez. I've never had such a bad sushi experience. Pls go somewhere else .

Called this place to do a quick takeout order and was told to hold on. No one came back on the line for over 10 minutes and I was still on hold when I walked into the store. Tried to order special they had advertised on their Kapahulu Kozo sushi website and was told very coldly by manager it was not available. Staff was also clueless and not very friendly. When I got my order very skimpy servings. Never going to give them my business again.

This Kozo location is decent. However, the brown rice rolls have a little bit of a mushy taste to them.

Great sushi but awful space. The vagrants hang out there with all their stinking garbage, place their dogs on top of the tables, even smoke in violation of the 20ft rule. Landlord of that space won't pay for security guards, and the other tenants Starbucks and Jamba Juice won't share the cost for security with Kozo.

Fresh sushi that's made to order. Honestly, it's fast, it's cheap and it's good. Can't complain.

They're always adding new options for bowls, we got the avacado bowl and spicy ahi crunch bowl. We also tried out the garlic ahi rolls. (We obviously love ahi!) This is a great place for a quick bite, and close to Jambas and Starbucks.

This place is a bad joke.

Nice little place to grab some sushi. Considering value, the sushi was good and I did not wait long for my order. The staff was very nice and easily customized my order. Overall satisfied with the place.

Kapahulu kozo sushi is the only one with a stamp card program

As a health conscious Aussie craving something that isn't a burger/filled with unnecessary ingredients, this definitely hit the spot.
